Returns

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, missing parts, or not functioning properly, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos or videos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Replacements

We will replace items if they are 

efective or damaged. In some cases, we may send a replacement without requiring a return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
    Used or damaged items not caused by us
    Products returned without prior request

Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 1 business days after we receive your item.
